CAMP OUT!

Back in June we had an ultimate summer stay-cation....camping in our cousin's back yard. (THANK YOU for the use of your back yard since we don't have one!) Ellie had a great time helping and watching daddy set up the tent. We had a hamburger and hot dog grilling dinner complete with dutch oven cobbler. Raegie and I left daddy and Ellie for tent sleeping and headed home to our beds. Jason had a time and a half trying to get a fussy, wanting her mom, hearing other cousins toddler asleep in a tent. She ended up falling asleep after 10:00 in the house! Jason took her to the tent after she was asleep. A lot of work and chaos but a FUN experience for Ellie.
